- 5 days and 4 nights at Habitas AlUla - A trailblazer in sustainable hospitality, Habitas brings luxury living to AlUla in an environmentally conscious way. Nestled within an ancient oasis in the desert canyons of the Ashar Valley, find yourself surrounded by sandstone cliffs and palm groves.
- Option of Single or Double occupancy in a beautiful villa in the desert.
- Please note that for both single and double occupancy, the villas only offer one (1) king bed.

PAYMENT:
Kindly note that all sales are final and non-refundable. We deeply value our clients and their commitments to our retreat.
While we empathize with unexpected emergencies that may arise, we must uphold the policy regarding refunds. However, we do offer an alternative solution in such situations. If you find yourself unable to attend the retreat after making the payment, you have the option and responsibility to resell your spot to someone else.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including if a traveler is unable to attend due to issues related to Covid-19 restrictions or passport issues.
TOURIST VISAS - REQUIRED
Saudi Arabia has opened its doors to visitors from all over the world with three types of visas available:
- e-Visa: Citizens across 49 countries are eligible to apply for an eVisa through the Visit Saudi website. The eVisa is a one-year, multiple-entry visa, allow tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.
- Visa-on-Arrival: Holders of US, UK, or Schengen visas can apply for the visa upon arrival.
- Consulate Visa: Tourists from other countries can apply for a consulate visa through Saudi embassies and consulates.
Each traveler is responsible for securing their own tourist Visas to Saudi Arabia.
GETTING TO AlUla, SAUDI ARABIA
You will need to fly into AlUla International Airport (ULH). Connecting flights to AlUla may vary so please make sure to plan ahead in case you have to layover in a different city. You will need to be in AlUla on April 18th, 2023, the first day of the retreat.
The airline Flydubai connects AlUla and Dubai via two weekly direct flights, scheduled on Thursdays and Sundays, from Dubai International Airport to AlUla International Airport.
The airline flynas connects AlUla and Cairo via two weekly direct flights between AlUla International Airport and Cairo International Airport.
LANGUAGE
Arabic serves as the official language of Saudi Arabia, although English is widely spoken both in AlUla and throughout the country. When interacting with locals, a friendly greeting would be 'Marhaba' (hello) and 'Salaam aleikum' (peace be upon you).
CLIMATE & SEASONS
Winter, typically spanning from October to April, boasts the most pleasant temperatures, ranging from 10–25C (45–70F). It does get colder during the night, so it is advisable to pack some warm clothing.
CURRENCY & SHOPPING
The local currency in AlUla is the Saudi Riyal (SAR). While credit cards and contactless payment methods are widely accepted, keep in mind that some shops only take cash – so it’s prudent to have some with you. There are several ATMs in AlUla; however, there is no currency exchange service available. It is advisable to exchange money at Riyadh or Jeddah airports before your arrival. Additionally, be aware that certain shops close briefly during prayer times to allow time for worship.
ARE ALCOHOL/DRUGS AVAILABLE IN ALULA?
The sale, purchase, and consumption of alcohol and recreational drugs is illegal in Saudi Arabia, and it is illegal to bring alcohol or drugs into the country.
