MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Miriam Ghandour or “Mimi” is a E-RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, founder of Mimi Yoga and mother of two. Famous for her "Power Flows," Mimi delivers an athletic practice with a strong focus on toning muscles and breaking a sweat combined with beautiful mantras played on her harmonium. Mimi thrives on creating community and holding space for personal transformation.
Born and raised in Sweden, Ewa is E-RYT 500 certified, holds dual certifications in Skanda Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga, but is perhaps most appreciated for her skills in inducing flow states, giving inspirational talks, and holding space for people to grow and transform. Ewa is also a certified hypnosis practitioner, specializing in subconscious reprogramming.
A Chicago native, Janet began practicing yoga three years ago while embarking on a wellness journey that transformed her life. She graduated Mimi Yoga’s first teacher training class in 2021, achieving 200-hour certification, friendships, and a passion for sharing the gift of yoga with others. Her mantra: If it doesn’t flow, it doesn’t go!
