THE SOUL SANCTUARY RETREAT
Hosted by Lihn Kalas - Mimi Yoga & Pilates
October 28 - November 1, 2026
There’s a quiet pull inside of you that wants to bring you back to stillness, like the stillness of the ethereal Yucatán jungle, where the canopy opens to the sky and the sea breathes below. It’s the stillness you already carry inside you. This retreat simply creates the conditions for you to find it again.
Soul Sanctuary is an invitation to find magic in that stillness – to slow down into the sacred ordinary: the warmth of morning light on your skin, the rhythm of breath moving through the body, the quiet that opens up room for expansion when we pause. Over five days on the Riviera Maya, we’ll flow, rest, eat, create, reset, and remember who we are beneath everything we carry.
This isn’t an escape from your life. It’s a return to it.
Set at Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection, one of the most extraordinary resort destinations in the world, this intentionally small and intimate retreat is rooted in the sacred connection to our breath, to our bodies, and to each other.
Your days will move between invigorating morning vinyasa flows and grounding restorative evenings, nourishing meals, a private shaman-led jewelry making class, an immersive sound healing session, a chef-led culinary experience, and a 60-minute Sana Spa treatment. Every detail has been arranged so that all you have to do is arrive.
Spaces are limited and held for those who are ready.
Your softest self is waiting.

About Lihn
Lihn lives her life with intention and intuition, the kind that notices the way light shifts at dusk, the pause before someone speaks their truth, the exact moment a body finally lets go. She has built her practice around deep perception and connection with her students, weaving vinyasa and restorative yoga into experiences that feel less like classes and more like remembering.
Her teaching is grounded in the belief that the body knows best. That when we create space by connecting with our breath, it knows how to heal. That our greatest strength – our true strength – lies in our ability to soften. She brings warmth, love, and a deep reverence for the gift of movement to everything she leads, and she holds her students with both challenge and grace. In Lihn’s hands, a retreat becomes a homecoming.
