"Known for her signature power flows, enchanting mantras (often accompanied by the harmonium), and positive, infectious energy, Mimi will lead classes, teacher trainings and workshops in the studio. With multiple classes held throughout the day, seven days per week, she has also curated a lineup of several, sought-after Miami instructors who each bring their unique expertise to the Mimi Yoga Studio. Classes are designed for students of all levels and include power vinyasa, vinyasa flow and restorative. Look for additional class styles as the studio continues to grow. Students will seal their practice with a complimentary cold, rose-essential oil infused towel placed gently on their foreheads during final resting pose, savasana."
